Position
Requirements:
- Excellent
communication skills
- A high
school diploma or equivalent is required, while a college degree is preferred.
A state sales license may be required.
- Valid
driver’s license and good driving record.

Key
Responsibilities:
- Answer
inquires from potential customers in person, online, or on the phone regarding
products, product performance, available options and incentive or promotional
programs.
- Demonstrate
exceptional standards and ethical sales practices.
- Demonstrate
exceptional customer service to encourage customer retention, loyalty and
customer referrals.
- Ensure
proper completion of all sales paperwork.
- Generate sales
for new and used RV’s and follow up on leads.

RV SERVICE WRITER WANTED
Experience Required. Pay: $12 - $14 per hour DOE. Great Benefits! 5-Day work week.
Job Description
• Meet & confer will all service customers
• Complete service orders
• Delegate work to technicians from work orders
• Prepare estimates for time and parts required
• Verify work has been completed satisfactorily prior to return of unit to customer.
• Complete work order once service is complete
• Collect payment for work done
• Some service writers may specialize in their job and become warranty administrators, where they are the liaison between the customer and factory while a unit is under warranty. As the liaison they must be sympathetic to the customer’s issues and needs, and the factories abilities and limitations
Education
• Industry experience is an asset
• Basic RV technical knowledge is an asset
Expectations
• Good telephone skills
• Customer service skills essential
• Problem solving skills and basic computer skills are essential
Associated trade experience
Skills acquired in the fields of marine, agriculture and automotive will transfer well into the RV field. Many RV Service Technicians with an interest in customer service will transfer between the shop atmosphere and the service counter.

RECEPTIONIST / PARTS STORE RETAIL
Job Description
American RV is an RV Dealership in Olive Branch, MS. We handle RV Sales, Service, Parts & Accessories.
Receptionist / Light Retail Duties:
In this versatile role, the Receptionist will provide a professional level of support services to clients, reps and Associates. This position will coordinate all reception area functions, as well as provide some retail sales support on within the parts & accessories store.
Specific responsibilities include:
* Answer all phone calls and ensure calls are redirected accordingly
* Greet guests in a professional and friendly manner
* Handle daily retrieval of office voice mails
* Assist in-store customers and telephone calls from customers with general OTC parts questions
* Pull stock from back and stock front parts shelves
* Organize & Dust Parts Shelves in Store
* Data Entry
Skills:
* Data Entry experience
* Database experience a plus
* Must have excellent telephone etiquette
* Professional demeanor and appearance
* Dependable and prompt
* Ability to provide exemplary service to clients and coworkers
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Well-organized, with attention to detail
* Must have the ability to prioritize work and handling multiple tasks simultaneously

Office Hours Range From: 8:30-5:00PM Week Days and 9:00-5:00PM Saturdays (5-Day Work Week)**
**Saturdays are required with an off day during the week.
